Job Summary
Educate customers on extensive OSHA, HIPAA compliance as well as Haz Com compliance/regulations via slide presentations, on site facility OSHA Evaluations/ HIPAA Gap Analysis and customer consultation. This position will be traveling 3-4 days per week regionally, with the occasional over-night.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide onsite services as designed to include presenting most recent required power point presentations, OSHA site evaluations/HIPAA; provide gap analysis form to client, system overview, completion of one safely plan and evaluation with recommendations of the Safety Data Sheets/SDS manual
- Assist with managing assigned territory/book of business; manage expenses (i.e. travel, hotel, flights, etc.) to ensure compliance services are professionally provided to all Preferred customers within established due dates
- Respond to all phone calls and emails from customers to provide answers/resolutions to compliance questions and information needed to assist the customer with achieving compliance
- Possess level of technology knowledge to enable you to utilize electronic technology to deliver and complete the onsite visit and upload customer documents/reports ASAP including but not limited to power point, word, excel, etc.
- Continuously study and maintain current competency in the areas of blood borne pathogens, OSHA, HIPAA and Haz Com regulations to enhance proficiencies as well as continuing to study CDC protocols for health care workers
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree (accredited) or equivalent experience
- 2 years of Experience, in a healthcare environment and/or OSHA/HIPAA compliance
- Completion required upon joining our Team, of structured 30-hour online OSHA training and required online HIPAA training resulting in certification of course completion Upon Hire
- Some WM customers require vaccinations. For these positions, proof of vaccination will be required subject only to any obligation to accommodate for religious or disability reasons
- Office:
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. This position will require walking through medical facilities.
PAY:
The expected base pay for this hybrid position is $27.00-$34.00 an hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
