Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic's Community Hospice is seeking a Full-time CNA to join our Hospice Team serving nursing home residents in the Capital Region. You will assist with ADLs, manage comfort needs, and support residents and families with compassion.
Workdays are Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm, no weekends. NYS CNA licensure and 1–2 years of long-term care experience are preferred; hospice experience is welcome but not required.
