Per Diem Outpatient Physical Therapist – Weekdays

Trinity Health is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist for the Albany Memorial outpatient practice in Albany, NY. The position offers weekday daytime hours, no weekends, and flexible partial days or full days as needed.

You will provide direct patient care, document treatments, and participate in a multidisciplinary team addressing CVA, SCI, LE Amputation, Orthopedics and Cardiopulmonary conditions to maximize functional outcomes.
