Companion Care Partners Wanted – Touching Hearts at Home Albany

Ready to make a difference every day? Touching Hearts at Home is looking for compassionate Care Partners to join our Capital District team! If you have a heart for helping others and love one-on-one connections, this is your chance to change lives — one visit at a time.

Provide non-medical care and companionship for seniors and adults in their homes — no hands-on hygiene or medical tasks required! Your support helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent 'll assist with: light housekeeping and meal preparation, shopping, errands, and transportation, social companionship, reminders, and encouragement, standby assistance and safety oversight.

What We're Looking For

• Caring, dependable individuals who embody Compassion, Commitment, Communication, and Consideration
• A valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle along with 20-25 hours of availability
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs and travel up to 15 miles for shifts
• Daily access to email, internet, and a mobile phone (We are a drug-free workplace; background and driving checks required.)

Compensation: $18.80 per hour
