This is a full-time, on-site role based in Albany, NY, for the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Attraction. The manager will lead all aspects of full-life cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Other responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, enhancing employer branding, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to align staffing needs with organizational goals while ensuring a high-quality recruitment process.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to source and hire top talent.
• Skills in Hiring and Interviewing to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.
• Expertise in Employer Branding to enhance the organization's reputation as a top employer.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools and technology platforms to manage the hiring process effectively.
• Previous experience in the education sector or knowledge of the public school system is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
