10 is seeking a Data Collection Specialist for an on‑site 6‑month contract position with a leading financial services company located in Albany, NY.

$27.00–$30.00 per hour (W2)

Pull data from various internal applications and enter this information into a designated document, performing quality verification on internal data documents.

• Locate data within internal software applications and gather it into a shared document.
• Quality verify data within internal applications and data that has already been pulled.
• Ensure all housed data is accurate based on research.
• Follow established corporate and department policies and procedures.
• Cross‑train in other functional areas to maintain coverage (e.g., keying, reassociation, and data entry).
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Flexible, able to work additional hours as needed.
• Handles change, remains calm under pressure, copes with stress, and meets partner expectations.
• Meets production and accuracy standards within 90 days of training.
• Works independently within scope of job function.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Works in fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented production environment.

• Prior lockbox, data entry specialist, data collection, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient Excel skills.
