Service Now Senior Consultant – IT / OT Asset Management

The opportunity

You’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role, where you’ll motivate and develop your team and establish new client relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and develop user interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.

Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project.
• Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources.
• Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now implementations.
• Analyze a company’s IT/OT Asset Management capabilities and provide recommendations.
• Advise on connectivity of CMDB and IT Operations Management to ITSM processes.
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• 2‑4 years relevant Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of 2 of the following Service Now certifications:
  Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management, Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management, Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills—communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A valid driver’s license in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Ideally you’ll also have

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
• Performance analytics and reporting experience—certifications are a plus.
• Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions.
