Job Title: Desktop GIS Specialist (Geographical Information System (GIS))

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 24+ Months

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of relevant experience.
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Using professional desktop GIS for geoprocessing, mapping, visualization, and workflow management.
  • Managing and maintaining spatial or non-spatial data using desktop GIS or other data management tools.
  • Performing quality assurance on enterprise spatial or non-spatial data.
  • Conducting data-related research using online and published materials.
  • Utilizing route building tools in Arc Map to construct routes for linear reference systems in GIS.
