Technical Architect Expert High

- Technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications

- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions

Expert 84+ Months

Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. At least 84 months experience with a large Government Taxation organization which includes hands on technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of complex Tax Return processing.

2. At least 84 months of expertise in integrating metadata features using Internet framework connectivity with generated IBM Lotus templates to present dynamic Lotus forms for data capture needs of a large Government Organization.

3. At least 84 months experience in designing and developing Forms Definition Facility tools and data model to manage centralized tax forms metadata for Business Rules, Form Schemas and forms Presentation.

4. At least 84 months expertise in Design, development and management of Business Rules Architecture system involving Rules entry UI system and portable Runtime Engine System deployable in WPS (Web Sphere Process Server) and WAS( Web Sphere Application Server) that can also execute as a standalone desktop application.

5. At least 36 months of experience in development and maintenance of rules based event triggered applications deployed in IBM ODM server (preferably interacting with IBM SPPS Collaboration and Deployment Services deployed in IBM SPSS Modeler Server).

6. At least 84 months of experience in end to end architecture involving design and implementation and support of Interpretation driven infix/postfix notation based IBM Cobol Rules Engine system running in IBM OS

7. At least 84 months experience in designing messaging architectures using IBM MQ

8. At least 60 months of experience working with IBM EAD4J , JADE and Spring frameworks

9. At least 84 months experience in designing, implementing and supporting enterprise level SOA platform encompassing IBM Websphere Process Server, Websphere Application Server and Mainframe platform.
