• Application packaging and deployment using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Development of scripts using Power Shell, batch, VB, and Wise for deployment automation.
• Administration of Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server , Group Policy, Active Directory, DNS, and IIS.
• Testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of SCCM deployments.
• Generation and distribution of SCCM reports to stakeholders.
• Management of SCCM infrastructure:
  Configuration of Management Point, Distribution Point, Boundary groups, and deployment of SCCM clients.
• Collaboration with Service Now and Change Management for tracking SCCM projects.

• 84 months of experience in application deployment and troubleshooting within a large enterprise environment (40,000+ devices) using SCCM, MDT, and reporting.
• 84 months of experience administering Windows Server 2008, 2012, , Group Policy, AD, DNS, IIS, Windows 10, and 11.
• 84 months experience in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying solutions.
• 84 months of 3rd level support experience within SCCM, including best‑practice processes and procedures.
• 84 months experience in system administration within Microsoft Windows.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Application Development, Computer Applications, or related discipline.
• 84 months of experience automating SCCM site teardown, site builds, and other enterprise management tasks (40,000+ devices).
• 40 months of experience using Active Directory Infrastructure and Group Policy Objects.
