QA Automation & Performance Tester

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation & Performance Tester with extensive hands‑on experience in functional, automation, and performance testing. The ideal candidate will develop and execute automated and performance test scripts and collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure high‑quality web applications.

• Develop, manage, and execute automation test scripts using tools such as HP UFT
  .
• Conduct performance testing using tools like Load Runner
  , including script development and execution.
• Create functional and regression test scripts, including reusable functions.
• Perform application testing based on written scripts, documenting, tracking, and communicating defects using HP ALM
  .
• Execute system, regression, end‑to‑end integration, automated, performance, smoke, black‑box, white‑box, and fail‑over tests.
• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and technical teams to develop robust test plans and test cases.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and on‑call support as needed.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for testing processes and results.

• 7+ years (84 months) automation testing experience (HP UFT or similar).
• 7+ years (84 months) performance testing experience (Load Runner or similar).
• 7+ years (84 months) functional and regression testing experience, including creating and managing scripts and reusable functions.
• 5+ years (60 months) collaboration with business analysts, SMEs, and technical staff to create test plans and test cases.
• 5+ years (60 months) programming experience in PL/SQL, SQL, Java, VB, .NET, HTML, TSL, PHP, VB Script
  .
• 7+ years (84 months) experience with application testing, defect management, troubleshooting, and HP ALM.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• 3 professional references required with application/resume.

Compensation: $58.72 per hour
