• Develop and maintain solution engineering.

• Ensure clear lines of communication with stakeholders.
• Work in conjunction with IT and project management teams.
• Evaluate and integrate new technology into solutions.

• 6 years of IT experience with 4years of specialized experience in IT solution architecture.
• This may be substituted for appropriate academic experience.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Understands modern software engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving skills with the ability to multitask.
• Understands software development lifecycle.
