- 84 Months of experience as an enterprise architect or equivalent, specifically handling responsibilities such as system development life cycle management, IT service provisioning, and application infrastructure.
- 84 Months of experience in managing IT projects with several thousand users such as enterprise-wide system implementations, with a strong emphasis on application architecture and development in languages like Java, .NET and Cobol.
- 84 Months of software development experience in Cobol, Java, or .NET technologies.
- 84 Months experience in project coordination, specializing in leading technology or common service teams for significant projects within state or government financial organizations.
- 84 Months of experience with IBM software which includes Web Sphere Application Server (WAS), COBOL, IBM DB2, IBM MQSeries, JCL, and IBM Data Stage.
- 84 Months of experience in leading continuity of operations programs and disaster recovery plans, particularly in high-stakes, operational environments.
- 84 months experience with a Government Taxation organization, which includes business knowledge, technical design, development, maintenance, and end user support of complex Tax Return processing.
