Lead Dev Ops Engineer – Salesforce Platform

Experience:
13+ Years
- At least 2 years in a leadership role as a Dev Ops Engineer
- Hands‑on Dev Ops experience on the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Metadata API, Change Sets, Scratch Orgs, and Unmanaged Packages
- Git, YAML, and CI/CD pipeline scripting
- Salesforce Security, Shield Encryption, and SSO configuration
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines
- Manage Salesforce environments, sandboxes, and version control using Git and branching strategies
- Establish automated deployment, rollback, and release validation workflows
- Coordinate sandbox refresh schedules and data seeding processes
- Automate deployment approvals aligned with Salesforce CoE governance and Architecture Review Board standards
