Responsibilities:

* Act as the expert on Bullhorn modules like CRM, ATS, VMS integration, Onboarding, and Back Office

* Analyze data within Bullhorn to provide insights on key metrics and performance indicators

* Collaborate with recruiters, sales teams, compliance officers, and finance departments to understand and meet their requirements

* Provide perspective on how Bullhorn can be configured to resolve technical issues and business challenges

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

* Minimum three years of recent experience working with Bullhorn ATS

* Strong understanding of front, mid, and back-office functions in a staffing company

* Proficient in configuring Bullhorn modules (CRM, ATS, VMS, Onboarding, Back Office)

* Ability to understand the configuration and optimize Bullhorn for front-office (recruitment, sales), mid-office (compliance, client services), and back-office (payroll, invoicing) operations

* Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with data management and reporting

* Strong communication skills for training and supporting users at all organizational levels
