The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the eProcess workflows, configuring and developing new ones; the design and development of Datacap and IBM Content Navigator. Must have experience in File Net eProcess.

This position will develop and/or maintain system documentation including business requirements, training plans, test plans, quality assurance and contingency operations plans, and reports. This individual will be expected to provide expertise and hands-on participation in the following activities:

• Elicit business system requirements using one or more of the following methods: analyze current processes, interview users, conduct JAD sessions or group meetings, review/analyze existing documentation or system artifacts.
• Analyze and document business processes (both ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes) utilizing business process mapping tools to effectively document the processes for the customer.
• Develop or maintain system requirements in detailed, clear and well organized functional documents (business requirements documents, business or system use cases, reports) and/or process flow diagrams
• Develop or maintain test plans and detailed test cases. Develop and revise, as required, training or user acceptance testing plans.
• Execute functional and system tests, including regression tests. Coordinate user acceptance testing.by tracking and managing end user testing efforts
• Identify and document application defects and track to resolution, performing retesting as required.
• Development or revision of existing user guides, quick reference guides and/or other help files for the end user community

• 3 years experience in IBM File Net eProcess (Business Process Manager) and developing workflows.
• 3 years experience writing and developing Java File Net Application Program Interface (API).
• 3 years experience working directly with customers or business analyst to identify their business processes, rules, and application user requirements.
• 3 years experience in Web technologies, including J2EE Application Servers (specifically Web Sphere),
• 3 years experience deploying Enterprise Content Management P8 applications in N-Tier environment.
• 1 year experience in IBM Content Navigator
• 2 years experience with developing, deploying and supporting IBM Datacap applications.
