Job Description Core Responsibilities Plan Maintenance:
Maintain and update the master chronological cutover task list and tracking tools.

Task Coordination:
Monitor real-time progress of assigned technical, functional, and business readiness tasks.

Status Reporting:
Collect status updates from team members and escalate delays or risks to the Cutover Lead.

Dress Rehearsals:
Assist in executing mock cutovers, documenting actual completion times against estimates.

Transport Tracking:
Verify the completion and documentation of transport requests moving into production.

War Room Support:
Provide administrative and operational support in the deployment command center during go-live.

Hypercare Log:
Log, track, and routing post-go-live issues during the initial stabilization phase.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

2–5 years of experience participating in SAP deployment projects or large ERP implementations.

SAP Exposure:
Basic understanding of core SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM) and general SAP project life cycles.

Tools:
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Smart Sheet, or specialized cutover orchestration software.

Organization:
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.

Communication:
Clear, concise communication skills to effectively gather updates from diverse teams under tight deadlines.
