The Project Coordinator will serve as the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Program Manager for the New York Attorney General's office, leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the ECM program on time and within budget. The role involves establishing governance, managing vendor performance, engaging stakeholders, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring quality standards across all ECM initiatives. This position reports to the Deputy Chief Information Officer and acts as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and executives.
Keyqualifications:
- Nine years of experience in large project/program management, business and IT strategy, budget, procurement, and technical delivery
- At least two years of managerial-level experience
- Experience managing enterprise projects delivering ECM/records management solutions on Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online
- Experience in state or federal government
- Vendor management experience
- Current PMP Certification preferred
