Location: City of Albany
candidates must have been admitted to the new york state bar and must have had eight years of experience in the practice of law subsequent to admission to the bar.
preferred qualification- experience in civil and criminal litigation and knowledge of the cannabis industry.
- significant experience leading investigations, directing and supervising the work of attorneys and investigators or inspectors, as well as demonstrable knowledge of the cannabis industry and market dynamics.
