• Manage and oversee project activities in alignment with ITS and PMO standards
• Work closely with executive leadership, business units, vendors, and technical teams to define scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project management plans, schedules, and resource plans
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issue resolution
• Direct and coordinate complex project tasks, including business process reengineering and organizational change management
• Monitor project progress, ensure milestone completion, and enforce accountability
• Prepare and maintain required project documentation and reporting
• Ensure compliance with ITS project management methodologies and governance standards

• 84 months of experience managing 3 5 concurrent application development projects involving Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and/or in-house solutions
• 84 months of experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope documents, status reports, and communication plans across the full project lifecycle
• 84 months of experience developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project
• 84 months of experience creating comprehensive project scope documentation
• 84 months of experience in project quality planning, including quality assurance, system testing, UAT, and quality metrics management
• 84 months of experience managing high-visibility, multi-phase projects and reporting to senior government stakeholders
• 84 months of experience leading project meetings and managing deliverables and team accountability
