• Manage assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and on budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the primary client contact for selected projects.
• Prepare the scope of services, detailed project budget, and contract for approval.
• Coordinate project scheduling and conduct kick‑off and interim status meetings.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and conduct formal project reviews.
• Ensure QA/QC reviews are completed at appropriate stages.
• Address scope or budget changes by securing client or supervisor approval.
• Document performance of project team members and facilitate necessary actions.
• Possess or pursue a Professional Land Surveyor’s License (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (AEC industry) with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Participation in continuing education and professional development programs.
• Leadership potential to inspire and motivate project teams.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge of the specific field of the project.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Understanding of industry standards, quality assurance, safety protocols and accounting principles.
• Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.

• Master’s degree in a related field (AEC industry).

• Complete KCI PM Training and Contract Risk Training and pass the PM Board within 6 months of start date.
• Pre‑employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required.
