Solo Pastor - Clearview Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, Albany NY

The Clearview Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) Church is actively seeking a caring and missions-minded man to guide our church family in ministry in upstate New York. We are committed to advancing Christ’s kingdom both locally and internationally and provide strong financial support to both local para-church organizations and missions.

Our congregation, currently consisting of 75 members, is characterized by mature believers in a stable environment. Acknowledging the importance of revitalization, we are eager to attract more young families and adults to our church. Our existing members share a common goal of bringing individuals to Christ and nurturing their growth in faith.

Located in the Clearview Heights neighborhood in Schodack, NY, our church is a short 20-minute drive south of the state capital, Albany. The surrounding area features several "bedroom" communities and small villages within a predominantly rural setting.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills, with a proven ability to be a self-starter.
• A genuine love for people and a commitment to collaborative work with church leaders and congregation members.
• Proficiency in Biblical teaching, supported by provided sermon links on the resume, or upon request.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, coupled with a desire to engage both the church and the broader community.
• Willingness to meet District and Christian and Missionary Alliance Pastoral obligations, including adherence to its doctrine.

The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000-$80,000, inclusive of a healthcare contribution, dependent on the amount of demonstrated pastoral experience.
