Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive nursing care to obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
- Monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs to ensure safety and well-being
- Assisting with labor progress, delivery procedures, and neonatal assessments
- Educating patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Strong knowledge of labor and delivery protocols and maternal health
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations
