Job Description:The Clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Recognizes that each employee’s work is valuable and contributes to the success of the Mission.
Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, starting IVs, performing treatments, procedures, and special tests, and documenting treatments as required by policy and regulations. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses. Collaborates with the nursing team to develop a Plan of Care and guides ancillary personnel while maintaining professional standards.
