Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Neuro-Progressive Stepdown/ICU Nurse with a strong background in neuro-progression or intensive care to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in stepping down patients from ICU and managing their care effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for patients with neurological disorders.

• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST have Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience.

• Epic experience is REQUIRED.

• All applicants must complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer.

• NAVY BLUE SCRUBS required.
