Travel RN – CVICU (Nights) – Albany, NY

Assignment: 13 weeks

Start Date: 12/15/26

Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Hours: 36 hours/week

Weekends: Every other

Holidays: Rotating

On Call: None

• 2–3 years of CVICU staff experience required

• Competencies with immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery ICU patients

• Experienced with high-acuity patients and advanced hemodynamic monitoring

• Skilled in vent management, arterial lines, spinal drains, ECG interpretation/monitoring, temporary pacemakers, vasoactive and inotropic drip titrations

• Epic experience required

• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma center required

• Current NY RN license, BLS, ACLS required

• Provide high-quality nursing care for postoperative cardiac and vascular ICU patients

• Monitor and manage complex hemodynamics and advanced equipment

• Administer medications including vasoactive and inotropic drips

• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
