American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a Progressive Critical Care Unit night shift position requiring 2 years of recent specialty experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

• Progressive Critical Care Unit setting within a hospital
• Night shift schedule
• No blocked scheduling available

• Active NY RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or RQI required
• 2 years of recent experience in Progressive Critical Care or related specialty required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must complete competency testing for ICU units with up to 2 attempts to pass
• US Social Security Number required;
  Canadian SIN not accepted
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Medical exemption (signed by licensed professional) required for flu vaccine if not vaccinated; personal or religious declinations not accepted

• Provide critical care nursing support within a progressive care unit
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible if located in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties
• More than 3 call-outs within a 13-week period will result in contract termination, with make-up shifts required within 6 weeks
• RTO must be requested at the time of consideration
