The Community Hospice seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Hospice Home Care team. Provide compassionate end-of-life care and support to patients and families in the home setting while collaborating with an interdisciplinary hospice team.
This full-time, day-shift role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no weekends, no on-call, and no mandatory overtime. New York LPN license required; driver’s license and reliable transportation essential.
