Community Hospice seeks a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing Homes team in the Capital Region. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No on-call or mandated overtime. Provide compassionate hospice care in nursing homes and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families.
We welcome motivated LPNs with NYS license, 1 year of LPN experience, and a drive to learn and grow in end-of-life care. Competitive pay and a supportive workplace await.
