The Community Hospice in the Capital Region is hiring a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing Homes team. Work weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with no on-call or mandated overtime, and provide compassionate end-of-life care.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including RNs, hospice aides, physicians, social workers and chaplains, to support patients and families across Capital Region nursing homes.
