Community Hospice is seeking a full‑time RN to join our Hospice Homecare Team serving the Albany/Schenectady counties. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, compassionate end‑of‑life care in patients' homes.
The role requires an NY RN license and 1 year nursing experience (Hospice/Home Care or acute care preferred). Shift is Monday–Friday, with no weekends or on‑call, and includes mileage reimbursement and orientation.
