Community Hospice is seeking a Weekend Track RN to provide compassionate end-of-life care and symptom management for patients in homes or facilities during weekend hours. You will work with an interdisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, aides, physicians, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers.
The role requires 1–2 years RN experience (home care preferred), NYS RN license, and an ability to travel. Training and orientation are provided, with a weekend on-call supervisor support.
