Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in home or alternate infusion sites, under close supervision. You will implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the Clinical team to ensure safe, effective care.
Requirements include an active RN license, 0–2 years infusion nursing experience, and current CPR certification. Travel may be required as part of delivering home infusion services, with comprehensive documentation
