American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a day-shift travel position requiring strong cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular experience.

• Day shift, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 13-week assignment
• Weekend rotation of 1 in 3
• Rotating holiday coverage
• Possible on‑call requirement

• Active NY RN license required
• BLS certification from AHA or RQI required
• 2 years of recent OR experience required
• Strong cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number required

• Local candidates residing within a 50-mile radius are not eligible if located in Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, or Washington counties
• Only medical exemptions signed by a licensed professional are accepted for flu vaccination; personal or religious declinations are not accepted
• More than 3 call‑outs in a 13‑week period may result in contract termination, with make‑up shifts required within 6 weeks of the last call‑out
