** Quality Analyst
**** Job Summary
**** Purpose of Role
*** To deliver day to day execution of a segment of the Sites Operational activities, reporting to the Cluster Quality Manager. The specific accountabilities will be defined locally, based on the specific site needs, size and required number of employees covering these activities.

**** Main Responsibilities
**** Quality assurance
*** Act as principal point of contact for product/service quality and hygiene issues, for both Customer and internally raised matters
· Administer customer complaints system including launching complaints, customer replies and monitoring of general efficiency of system, particularly complaint turnaround times. Brings the voice of the customer for product quality.
* Lead/assist with investigations as required, using structured problem-solving techniques/cross functional teams where appropriate. Act promptly to prevent re-occurring issues through CAPA processes.
* Provide relevant quality/technical data as required, including Quality Dashboard, and to ensure that all relevant noticeboards are maintained with current information.
* Works closely with the site management team.
* Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance, identification of non-compliance with appropriate corrective and preventative action. Implementation of opportunities for improvement and best practice.
* Involved in customer visits.
* Responsible for compliance standards and maintaining external certification.
* Manage Sustainability topics like EUDR & ESG
** Compliance
* ** To manage a timetable of checks and audits for the site.  Ensure checks and documentation is taking place according to schedule.
* To monitor and maintain validity of site certifications and their subsequent renewals.
* To support SMI for customers in quality related matters
* To administrate the provision and accuracy of production documents (Control sheets).
* To identify problems and improvements with shop floor documentation by identifying non-compliance and working with operators to define improvements.
* To undertake routine administration tasks related to compliant production.
* To highlight non-compliance and work with managers on corrective action.

*** Must have experience of quality systems and root cause analysis.
* Must have good analytical and good communications skills.
* High level of rigour and organisation skills.
* High level of Office Suite
* Specific experience with Sustainability related topics
* Numerate and able to conduct and present data analysis
** Desirable Qualifications & Experience
**** Evidenced
* ** Quality management experience & qualifications (e.g. HACCP, Food Safety, BRC…)
* Must be ISO lead auditor qualified.
* Experience of working in Corrugated manufacturing environment.
