A Cytotechnician I & II receives and processes cytological specimens for testing to aid in disease detection, diagnosis, and monitoring of illnesses or treatments initiated by a physician. The Cytotechnician performs laboratory procedures and supports the laboratory under the supervision of a qualified NYSED licensed supervisor and the general supervision of the director. The position requires exercising sound judgment and responsibility in preparatory techniques qualified by education, training, and experience.

Salary Range:
Min. $26.37/hr - Max $42.19/hr
