Retail Sales Associates are important ambassadors of the Burlington brand, on the front lines of delivering world-class service. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. Roles may be assigned to departments including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.
Responsibilities- Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
- Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
- Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
- Performing other tasks as assigned by manager
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
