Madewell is opening a new store and is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager in New York. You will join the leadership team to drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching the sales team for peak performance.
You’ll collaborate with the Store Director and other leaders to adapt strategies, manage operations and systems, recruit and train staff, and ensure smooth daily execution on the floor.
