Call Center Sales Representative

As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will handle inbound sales calls to acquire new customers and upsell products and services to existing customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Deliver exceptional service by collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and promote current marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Achieve and surpass goals through effective telephone-based selling techniques and prompt handling of inbound sales calls.
• Maximize revenue by selling products and services to new and existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Become a Product Expert and master order processing systems, explaining all products and services to customers while staying informed about competitors.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

• Clear, straightforward and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Proven sales techniques with consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Proficiency in computer and consumer electronics.
• Competence in using personal computers and relevant software applications, including billing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated judgment and initiative in accomplishing job duties.
• Working knowledge of cable communications products and services, including TV, internet, and telephone.

• 2+ years of call center sales experience.

In addition, the base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $23.65
. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Local wage minimums apply, and some positions are eligible for additional incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

The position has a commission earnings target starting at $12,625
.
