As a Sales Representative at Callanan Industries, you will be the face of our company to both new and existing customers. With over 100 years of industry leadership, you will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth by aligning customer needs with our top-quality aggregate and asphalt products. This role is perfect for someone passionate about outside sales and account management, eager to make a significant impact in a well-established company.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain customer base through relationship building and developing loyalty
• Grow market share through effective sales strategies
• Properly follow all company policies and regulations for safe working procedures and environmental protection
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting and communication
  
  Assure that job tasks are performed in accordance with industry best practices and requirements of the company
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Ability to build internal and external relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Resourceful
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre-employment screenings before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.

• Industry or construction materials sales experience

• High School Diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

• Competitive Base Salary is $85,000 to $100,000 per year + bonus
