. We are seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
In-home sales experience is required. If you're a self-motivated closer who thrives in a competitive environment and wants unlimited earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Deliver professional presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales platform.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
• Present pricing, handle objections, and confidently close sales.
• Attend ongoing sales training and development meetings.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.

• Minimum 3+ years of in-home sales experience required.
• Proven history of high sales performance and closing success.
• Experience in bath remodeling, home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, kitchens, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to earn substantial commission income.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
