Southwind, the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring a Full-Time Field Service Leader in Albany, NY to oversee daily logistics, route planning, and scheduling while leading drivers and crews on client sites to ensure excellent service delivery and high standards.
You will drive on-site sales, manage operations, and participate in daily training. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour with profit share, four weekday shifts plus one weekend shift, full benefits, and growth opportunities.
