Ideal background:- 3+ years of medical device sales experience with direct exposure to OR procedures
- Proven success growing a territory, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts
- Experience working directly with surgeons, physicians, and clinical teams in procedural environments
- Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes, IDNs, and GPOs
- Ability to build relationships, drive product adoption, and manage a territory independently
