A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking a VP of Sales & Admissions to drive census growth and oversee sales and admissions across its Upstate New York facilities.
Responsibilities:Lead multi-site sales, marketing, and admissions operations.
Drive occupancy, referral development, and admissions conversion.
Build relationships with hospitals and key referral sources.
Develop sales teams and monitor performance across facilities.
Partner with facility leadership to maximize census and growth.
Healthcare sales or admissions leadership experience.
Multi-site skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
Proven success driving census growth and developing referral networks.
Willingness to travel throughout Upstate New York.
