Overview:
Positions are available based on applicant eligibility, availability, background screening, drug testing and completion of orientation. Upon completion of orientation, positions may still be rescinded in the event of failure to pass any background requirements. Salary: $68,640 annually.

Full-time (1st Shift). Availability required:
Must be on call 24/7 and work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled annually.

• Security Account Management experience.
• Security Management preferred.
• NY Guard Card.
• NY Driver's License (minimum 3 years, clean record).
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Previous security supervisor experience or related field/education.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass all pre-employment background and drug screenings.

• Assure work schedules for regular and special assignments provide effective and efficient service.
• Ensure trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts.
• Ensure all security personnel are aware of and perform duties in compliance with facility security operations procedures and policies.
• Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of serious incidents to clients and upper management.
• Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel.
• Work with upper management to develop and implement employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
• Ensure assigned personnel are kept current on updates to procedures, policies, or regulations.
• Assume other duties as required by either client or Northeast Security Inc.
