What You'll Do:
- Educate customers on home comfort solutions and guide them through the sales process
- Design and sell systems, assist with rebates, warranties, and follow-up
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the main point of contact, delivering a premium, Red-Carpet experience throughout
- 3+ years of award-winning sales and customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills; able to manage priorities efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong commitment to quality and professionalism
