• Weld gates and/or operators into place.
• Wire and program operators.
• Install operating systems and/or mechanical tracks for gate system.
• Assemble gates and fasten them into position.
• Establish location for gate and gather information to ensure there are no electric cables or water lines.
• Dig holes using spades, posthole diggers, excavators or power‑driven augers mounted to skid loaders.
• Mix and pour concrete around bases of posts and/or pedestals.
• Construct and repair barriers.

• Minimum 2‑5 years of industry experience (garage/overhead door technicians, mechanics, low voltage electricians).
• Ability to read plans and work with low voltage electrical systems and mechanical backgrounds.
• Ideal candidate has experience repairing cars and trucks, welding and wiring low voltage systems.

Compensation based on experience ($25–$30 per hour).

Supervision Level: Reports to Access Control Manager.

Job Type: Full‑time.

Schedule:

10‑hour shift.
