WWAARC in Slingerlands, NY is seeking a Building & Grounds Technician II for a full-time, 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm with a daily 30-minute lunch) and rotating on-call and overtime as needed. The technician will perform maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems, both indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
Candidates must lift 50-75 pounds regularly and have a valid driver's license; experience in grounds/building upkeep is preferred.
