What You’ll Do- Assist with gutter installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Work outdoors on ladders and roofs safely
- Learn a skilled trade from experienced team members
- Take pride in quality work and customer experience
- Positive attitude (non-negotiable)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
- Open to overtime when needed
- 18+ with a valid driver’s license
