As the Youth Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Provide proper personal care, scheduling and supervision to ensure the health, welfare and safety of clients and, if appropriate, their children.
- Plan and implement a well-balanced residential program of formal and informal group living experiences with the residents.
- Work as a member of the residential staff to ensure continuity of residential care.
- Implement house rules and program policies with clients.
- Assess residents’ overall participation and adjustment in the residential program.
Youth Specialist Minimum Pay Rate: $17.00
Maximum Pay Rate: $20.00
Youth Specialist Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in related field, 1-3 years preferred
